At Sally Splash, each order is prepared with care by our small team before making its way to you. Processing takes approximately two business days and should be added to your expected shipping time.

All orders travel via USPS Ground Mail. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our table to yours.

We do not offer returns for refunds. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If something isn’t quite right, please email hello@sallysplash.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will happily help you resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We look forward to the day when Sally Splash can find its way to tables abroad and are working toward making that possible in the future.
